Military Builders Bylaws

Advisor: Military Builders Bylaws is separate from Immersion Games LLC bylaws as it is a community organization that does not qualify as a business or non-profit and is simply a hobby club.

The Bylaws below are the structure for how the organization Military Builders shall work. It’s structure is that of a military dictatorship with a classist structure where members and only members can choose to vote out an existing Commander. Non-members still hold all rights as members except voting.



Article 1: Membership Rights
1: All persons participating in the organization whether they be a member or not. Shall receive a downloadable copy of their creations in the event they are banned.

2: All members banned have the right to file an appeal here https://www.immersiongames.net/mb-forms

3: Individuals may not be denied entry or banned for reasons such as race, religion, nationality, gender, age, or any other aspect of a human beings life that is pre-determined at birth or by their personal beliefs.

4: Members will hold the right to have a vote of no confidence in anyone of leadership for reasons such as immoral acts or rule breaking. Voting details below.

Article 2: Voting

1: Votes of no confidence in leadership or any staff member can be brought to action by any existing member holding a rank within the organization. In which all members will be asked to vote for the removal or non-removal of a member for reasons for inactivity, rule violations, or any legal or moral reasons presented in a clear manner. For a vote of no confidence to even be first started, it will require a total of 5 existing members in order to avoid wasting peoples time.

2: Leadership of the organization shall be determined by who the existing leader chooses or through popular vote by all existing members. Existing members shall be determined by who holds a rank in the organizations discord or the most recent and available member roster that is on file that has not been tampered with. Any members removed or banned from a server shall enjoy voting rights for 30 days after their voluntary or involuntary removal. As long as it does not involve an illegal act such a death threats.

3: Leadership shall enjoy full power and control over the organization to do with it as they see fit as long as they do not do anything with a member or non-members creations that would be viewed as immoral such as stealing, selling, profiting, depriving, or other such immoral actions with peoples creations.

Article 3: Joining

1: For membership to be granted the person requesting member must show in good conscious that they have the capability to construct original creations without relying solely on assistance from others or computer generated software. Passing off others creations as their own will result in immediate rejection of said application. Other requirements for joining such as contact information in the event primary means of communication is shutdown will be up to the discretion of leadership and/or staff. Once though the ability of showing the person is able to create original creations and is believed to be original after investigation the person shall be granted a rank befit of their quality and skill as a builder.

2: Requirements for membership within the organization shall have no buy in requirement and be offered to anyone without charge.

3: Once membership is granted that member shall enjoy all benefits bestowed upon them set by the organization leader.

4: All members and non-members are required to follow all rules and customs set by Staff and Leadership.
